The Neato Company LLC (“Neato,” “we,” “our”) operates neato.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit or interact with the Site.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personally identifiable information (“PII”) when you voluntarily submit it through forms on our Site: name, email address, company name, phone number, and details about your brand’s Amazon sales and seller account status. We also automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and evaluate potential business
relationships; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; send marketing communications (with
your consent, where required); and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers
who assist us in operating the Site and conducting our business (e.g., email platforms, CRM,
analytics providers), and as required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site functionality. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not
function properly if you do.
Third-party analytics providers may collect information about your online activity across different
websites when you use the Site.
5. Your Rights
Nevada Residents: Under NRS 603A, you may direct us not to sell your personal information
(which we do not do). To submit a request, email privacy@neato.com.
California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have the
right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your
personal information, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal
information. To exercise your rights, email privacy@neato.com.
We will respond to verified requests within 60 days.
6. NeatOS and Brand Data
NeatOS is Neato’s application for brand-specific reporting, analytics, and operational insights. When an authorizing brand provides data to Neato or authorizes Neato to access data in connection with NeatOS, we use that data only to provide, maintain, and support services for that brand and to meet applicable legal obligations.
7. Brand Data Isolation
Each authorizing brand’s data is used only for that brand’s business purposes. We do not sell, rent, disclose, or make one brand’s non-public data available to another brand. We do not use an authorizing brand’s data to benefit a competing brand or to create cross-brand competitive intelligence.
8. Storage, Safeguards, and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect brand and selling-partner data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to personnel and service providers with a legitimate need to support the services. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and meet applicable legal, security, and contractual obligations.
9. Deletion Requests
An authorizing brand may request deletion of eligible brand or selling-partner data by contacting privacy@neato.com. We will delete or de-identify eligible data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to data we must retain for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons.
10. Services for Amazon Sellers and Brands
Neato provides services to Amazon sellers and brands, including brand-specific reporting, analytics, operational support, and insights through NeatOS. NeatOS is designed to help an authorizing brand understand and act on its own business performance. These services do not expose, compare, or disclose another brand’s non-public data.
